Order accuracy, dispute resolution, and AI improvement. Recordings stored for 30 days then permanently deleted.
A caller who continues after hearing the disclosure has consented to both the AI interaction and recording. This satisfies one-party and two-party consent laws across all US states.
Every call is answered by an artificial intelligence system. The AI identifies itself at the start of every call. This cannot be disabled by restaurant operators.
