1. The Service

OrderTaker provides an AI-powered telephone answering service for restaurants operated by Nile Dreams Digital.

2. Pricing & Billing

OrderTaker is available in four subscription plans, billed monthly per location:

• Starter — $199/month: 1,000 minutes included; $0.20/min overage; up to 2 staff alert numbers.
• Pro — $299/month: 2,000 minutes included; $0.20/min overage; up to 5 staff alert numbers; pickup, delivery & reservations.
• Business — $499/month: 5,000 minutes included; $0.15/min overage; up to 10 staff alert numbers; Square POS integration.
• Enterprise — $799/month: 10,000 minutes included; $0.15/min overage; unlimited staff alert numbers; Toast/Clover POS; monthly strategy call; 2-hour SLA.

Minutes are billed only for active call time within your configured hours. Each additional location beyond your first receives a 15% discount on the plan rate. A 7-day money-back guarantee applies to first-time subscribers.

3. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first charge if you are unsatisfied. Contact our support team.

4. Call Recording & AI Disclosure

All calls are answered by an AI assistant and may be recorded. Callers are notified at the start of every call.

5. Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. No contracts. Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States.
